Promotional SMS and E-mail Messages
Send SMS or Email to your collected client base directly from the Contacts menu
If you have important news and want to send a message to all customers or a specific group, you don’t need to do it through the automation menu.
How to do it:
1. In the control panel on the left, select the Contacts menu
2. You can sort contacts by various parameters: date of visit, number of visits, gender (if you ask visitors for this information), connection method, and you can also sort those who are currently connected. Or, without selecting anything, go to the next item.
! We always recommend checking the history of automations by email addresses. It happens that users make mistakes in writing the email address. If the previous messages were not delivered, contact support to remove the incorrect addresses. It is worth distinguishing between soft bounce and hard bounce refusals. If the last email message was delivered, the undelivered ones are most likely soft bounce emails. These addresses can be left in your contact database. !
3. Click on the Action button and select what you want to do at the moment. To send an email or sms – select the Email or Twilio buttons.
