How to Integrate ManyChat
ManyChat is one of the leading chatbot systems that you can use to promote your customers via SMS or Facebook Messenger. Currently, due to Facebook API policy, this integration can only update data for users already in your ManyChat account – it cannot automatically add new users.
You need a ManyChat PRO user account to get an API key to integrate with SurgeSocial portal.
1. Log in to your ManyChat account.
2. Tap on Settings
3. Click on API in the top navigation
4. Create an API token
5. Copy the token and send it to us at support@surgesocial.com
6. After adding an application to your account, you can select it from the automation list in the Loyalty section to add a tag, remove a tag, set a custom field, or validate with a signed request.
