How to Add Users to Whitelist and Blacklist
Whitelist
If you need users to log into your guest Wi-Fi bypassing the registration window and you do not want to register them as your guests in our system, you can add them to the White List. This is recommended for work and personal devices of personnel, because you will not be particularly interested in considering them in the overall analytics of the institution.
If you want to block certain users from entering your guest Wi-Fi, you can add them to the Blacklist.

How to do it
Go to the Settings tab, open the Session section and scroll down the page. You will see two windows named Whitelist and Blacklist. In these windows you can add the MAC addresses of the devices. If the devices have already been registered in your network, you can find them in the Contacts tab and, by copying, add the MAC address to the list you need. Otherwise, you can find the MAC address on the device.
You can view the address in the Android settings.
Open the “About device” section in the settings.

On a PC, you need to follow three simple steps:
Press Win + R keys on your keyboard and type msinfo32, press Enter.
In the “System Information” window that opens, go to the “Network” – “Adapter” item.
On the right side of the window, you will see information about all the network adapters on your computer, including their MAC address.
