WHAT DOES SOCIAL WIFI MEAN?
WiFi Social Network allows businesses to offer customers Wi-Fi access to the Internet while being an effective marketing channel for your business.

DO I HAVE TO BE TECH-SAVVY TO USE SURGE SOCIAL WIFI?
No, Surge Social was created to make social WiFi available. No technical knowledge is required to connect your WiFi router. All custom settings are done on our user-friendly web portal (https://portal.surgesocial.com). It’s even easier than using your social media.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF USERS SUPPORTED BY THE ROUTER?
Our standard WiFi router can support 30 concurrent users. Additional access points or more advanced routers can be used to support larger coverage and more users.
WHAT IS THE COVERAGE AREA OF THE WIFI ROUTER?
Depending on the conditions, our standard router is able to cover an area of over 250 square meters. Remember that objects such as walls, doors, and various metal objects can affect the signal range. Place the WiFi router in the center of the room and fix it to the ceiling if possible.
DO I HAVE TO INTEGRATE THIRD PARTY SERVICES?
Integrations with third party services are optional but can be very helpful for your marketing. The Surge Social starter pack already includes a Facebook likebox integration. Additional integrations are available upon request for a one-time setup fee. If you want to integrate WiFi customer data with CRM, Auto Responder and Loyalty programs such as InfusionSoft, MailChimp, Square, TripAdvisor, and more, then you need an account with these services. Some of them offer free versions, while others have a paid account.
DOES IT WORK IN MY COUNTRY?
Yes, the Surge Social WiFi Router works anywhere in the world and just requires an internet connection. You may need a power adapter for different outlets.
The WiFi splash pages contain a language bar that translates the page into over 25 different languages.
